By the authority commissioned in me as President by the Charter and the ordinances of the U.S. of The usa, and to enlarge the administrative branch's program for healthy exercise and sports and construct the President's Council on Healthy exercise and Sports (the "Council"), it's really hereby ordered the following:
Segment 1. Rationale.
